Virtual Noob Fly Tying: Stickers + Support
Virtual Noob Fly Tying is a community learning series bringing together fly tiers to share their skills + knowledge with vise noobs in live sessions. Like on the water experiences, gear and materials are a typical barrier for beginners.
Help support new tiers by offsetting costs for fly tying materials for our vise noobs, or donating excess materials you may have around your tying desk! We have a few ways to do this:
1) purchase a sticker! Proceeds from sticker sales will go towards our materials fund and be distributed to vise noobs. Each sticker is 3” x 2.75” and is waterproof/weatherproof.
2) make a more significant contribution [$50] to cover the staples for a vise noob, keeping them going beyond their first tie.
3) re-home excess tying materials by sending them our way! the $10 fee covers shipping costs, and we’ll take care of distributing for vise noobs to put the materials to good use.
